Do you offer guarantees with your products?

Yes we offer a full 10 year guarantee on all products including labour and this is an insurance backed guarantee to give you complete peace of mind. Your deposit is also covered by the Glass and Glazing Federation deposit indemnity fund.

What accreditation does FineLine have?

We are members of the Glass and Glazing Federation and for the installation of conservatories we are members of the Guild of Ultraframe Installers and we are now signed up to the governments Trustmark Scheme. We are also a FENSA registered company complying with all relevant building regulations for the replacement of windows and doors.

Will we need planning permission for a conservatory to be erected at our house?

Most conservatories do not require planning permission and can be built under permitted development rights which in the case of a semi or detached house is for a structure upto 15% of the original building providing no other extensions have been built. Our representative will be able to advise you on this when visiting your property.

Do you offer a variety of sizes and designs?

All FineLine windows, doors and conservatories are tailor made for your individual requirements, therefore we can make sure that the product fits in with you property and enhances the appearance.

Can you offer full service on conservatories including base and brickwork?

Yes we offer a full service from planning through to installation including base work, drainage and electrical work.

Do you offer a fitting service?

Yes we offer a full fitting service on our complete range of windows doors and conservatories.

Do you supply dummy frames for new build?

Yes we can actually supply a cavity closer and former all in one for new build.

In what area do you operate?

The South East only.

Can we fit curtains and blinds to the windows and doors?

It depends on the installation, either use sticky pads or self tapping screws.
